Been there three times! Friendly Korean ladies, low $15 price and for me- I appreciate them forcing me to cut my long hair lol less work for me, thanks! Last two time I went there was ZERO wait. Try to go on days when most people don't want to leave the house IE raining, snowing, very cold etc. Either way minimal wait time, as they are efficient :)
No frills, no nonsense stylists. After living in Korea for a few years I totally knew what I was getting into. The kind woman who cut my hair and I had a miscommunication that led to a conversation about what I had failed to explain initially. She spent the extra time fixing it with grace and expressed behavior that impressively focused on service recovery rather than how frustrating of a customer I must have been so early in the morning! They have a TV, good mirrors, ample seating for when you wait in line, and it looks like some toys/books for children. Prices in the photo are up to date with this post.
